GetUpside is an app that pays cash back on your fuel purchases. With the price of gas going back up again, everyone is trying to find ways to save money. In my city of Palm Coast, Florida there are quite a few participating gas stations, and the cash back per gallon ranges from 12 to 25 cents. There are also bonuses and special offers much higher than this. I filled up my Jeep on my first use and got back more than $10, not bad at all. Of course, it also makes sense to use an app like GasBuddy to…

I was a bit confused but pleasantly surprised when setting up my new 4K TV to see a built-in app called Samsung TV Plus. After clicking on the app I was amazed to see a scrolling menu with over 150 channels (many broadcasting in 4K). Not a free trial — these channels are included and free forever (Samsung TV or device required). Many channels have commercials, but those of you paying for cable TV also have ads on top of shelling out $75 or more per month, right?

If you don’t have a Samsung TV, there is a growing list…

Another great article. I am an Evangelical Christian and I have never heard of Mark Gungor. I just shared this article to my entire following. From what you have posted here (which is all I know about Mark Gungor) his approach is not biblical. We are to love our wives as Christ loved the church, not turn them into sex objects. The way he childishly interacted with Sheila showed his true colors. I have just asked my producer to book Sheila to come on my show to discuss this. 50 Claps!

I have worked in the real estate industry on and off for many years, at one time I even was a partner in a real estate brokerage here in Florida. Despite my years of experience in real estate, I had never heard of ‘home title fraud’ until recently. The most shocking aspect of this crime is how easy it is to pull off and how most victims don’t find out until it is too late.

Home title fraud occurs when a property deed is altered and the owner listed is changed to the name of the criminal. In many cases…

My friends, Tom and Mary (names changed to protect identities), are headed for divorce after thirty years of marriage, and it is because of Covid! I know this sounds crazy, so let me explain. The tension began with the lock-down, and like many couples stuck at home for several weeks, it was not easy. They are both strong personalities and need their space. Things got worse, however, when Mary announced to Tom that she received a mask exemption from her doctor. Due to a traumatic event in her childhood, Mary can not wear a mask without it evoking this memory…

Americans have too much stuff! Who can argue with that? Self storage is a $40 billion dollar per year business. If you have ever rented space at one of these facilities, you know it is not cheap. Even a small 10 x 10 unit can cost $100 or more per month. The price skyrockets when you consider storing larger items such as RVs, boats, or automobiles.

The New Opportunity In Peer To Peer Storage Space Rental

Cutting out the big box rental facilities, so called peer-to-peer storage apps are connecting people with available space in their home with those needing…

My wife and I have become increasingly frustrated at the rising cost of our auto insurance. We live in Florida, and all forms of insurance here are becoming more expensive because of the explosion in population.

I stumbled across an article that listed Florida Farm Bureau as the best value for auto insurance in my state. I had honestly never heard of the company, but I hit the computer and found the phone number for the local office. I got a quick price quote over the phone, which offered a savings of over 30% from my current rate!

The agent…

With the arrest this week of Ghislaine Maxwell, the secrets Jeffrey Epstein took to his grave may finally be revealed. An international man of mystery, a math genius, he was associated with both MIT scientists and the likes of Bill Gates and Stephen Hawking. My personal question: Did he own Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency? I think it would be more than reasonable to expect cryptocurrency to have been within his wheelhouse. Heck, with his math background and science connections I have even considered the prospect that he was involved with the creation of Bitcoin.

Other than Epstein saying ‘Bitcoin is…

A nationwide road trip is an American rite of passage. If you have the time, a driving trip provides the opportunity to see the country up close and personal. You can even take in those odd local attractions, such as the World’s Largest Ball Of Twine in Cawker City, Kansas. One way to make that road trip happen is as a driveaway driver. The idea is simple; you get paid to move a car or RV from point A to point B. A typical scenario: Bill and Mary are moving from Florida to New York. Mary will drive one of…

In just two months it will be the one-year anniversary of the death of Jeffrey Epstein. A bombshell event took place days before Epstein took his own life in a Manhattan Federal detention center. It was August 6 of last year when Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced a special Florida Department Of Law Enforcement (FDLE) investigation into the infamous 2008 plea deal. The deal was both shocking and unprecedented, particularly since it was approved without the knowledge of the victims. Epstein committed suicide only four days later.
